You are required to report any updates to your insurance adjuster licence to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). This includes contact details or personal information changes.
Who can make these updates?
Either you or your adjusting firm can submit these updates to FSRA. When received, FSRA will process the changes to your licence.
How to submit changes to FSRA
You will need to make changes to the following information by email:
- Contact details (email, mailing address)
- Name change
- Date of birth correction
- Gender change
You will need copies of your government-issued identification, and other documents specified in the chart below to verify the requested change. Send your request to [email protected].
Government-issued identification includes:
- Birth certificate
- Driver’s licence
- Passport
