General comments:

FSRA’s Executive Vice President, Property & Casualty Insurance welcomed the SAC members and thanked them for their participation. The EVP, P&C Insurance discussed the establishment of FSRA’s new P&C Division and leadership transition. He also highlighted the key purpose of the new division and reinforced the organization’s commitment to being a collaborative, principles-based modern regulator.

FSRA presented an update on key activities related to its 2026-27 priorities, including work on the Fraud Reporting Service, auto rate and underwriting reform and auto reform implementation, and launching the Point of Sale Test and Learn Environment. FSRA also provided an update on its market conduct supervision plan, including Health Service Provider updates. FSRA commented on its upcoming Fee Rule update and is targeting consultation in FY2026-27.

Committee members raised important issues related to FSRA’s key activities, many of which were discussed as the priority updates were provided.

FSRA closed the meeting and thanked the SAC members for their valuable time and contributions.
