Optional Statutory Accident Benefits (SABs)
This coverage can provide financial support if you are injured in an auto accident. These benefits are available regardless of who caused the accident. As of July 1, 2026, only medical, rehabilitation and attendant care benefits will remain a mandatory part of your auto insurance policy.
The following auto insurance accident benefits are optional. You can choose to remove or add these to your policy, depending on your needs.
