Licensing Link is the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario's (FSRA) online application system for level 1 mortgage agents, level 2 mortgage agents, brokerages and administrators

If you're a mortgage agent or broker, you can use Licensing Link to:

update your contact information.
access and complete applications (e.g., for new licences, licence transfers and licence renewals) sent to you by your brokerage and/or your Principal Broker.

Other application functions, such as initiating agent and broker licence applications, initiating licence transfers and submitting reinstatement applications, are conducted through Licensing Link by your brokerage and/or Principal Broker.
