2019

In May 2019, Pollara Strategic Insights conducted an online industry stakeholder survey on behalf of FSRA’s predecessors, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The objective of the survey was to determine the performance and engagement levels with FSCO and DICO, measure stakeholder satisfaction, and investigate barriers to engagement. The survey was conducted prior to FSRA’s launch in 2019, and helped inform the development and approach of the new regulator. There were almost 2,700 responses to the survey.
