Time is running out to complete your 2025 Auto Attestation
With one week to go, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is reminding licensed insurance companies in Ontario that they must file their Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. The signed form must be submitted by email to [email protected] by October 31, 2025.
Under the authority of the Insurance Act, all licensed insurance companies in Ontario are required to file the Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. The insurance company’s CEO or most senior officer responsible for operations in Ontario must attest that the company adheres to Ontario laws.

Please note: Insurers must also report all Minor Rating and Underwriting Rule Errors for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, to FSRA by February 16, 2026.
