It’s time to complete your 2025 FSRA Auto Attestation
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) requires all licensed insurance companies in Ontario to file the Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. FSRA makes this requirement under the authority of section 442.3 of the Insurance Act to promote high standards of business conduct.
The insurance company’s CEO or most senior officer responsible for operations in Ontario must attest that the company adheres to Ontario laws.
The signed form must be submitted by email to [email protected] by October 31, 2025.
Insurers must also report all Minor Rating and Underwriting Rule Errors for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, to FSRA by February 16, 2026.
