AIR update: 2022 Questionnaires and 2021 Report now available
FSRA is giving mortgage brokerages and administrators more time to collect and prepare information required to file their Annual Information Return (AIR).
The regulator has posted questionnaires earlier than in previous years.
FSRA uses the AIR data to inform its risk assessment and oversight of mortgage brokerages and administrators to better protect consumers.
The AIR provides information about business practices, internal controls, and market conditions for the previous calendar year.
2021 AIR Report
The 2021 Mortgage Brokerages and Administrators Annual Information Return report is now available. This report summarizes the information provided in the 2021 AIR by licensed mortgage brokerages and administrators about their business activities during the 2021 calendar year.
