TAC Members were provided a summary of the findings from the Home Insurance FTC review and the work FSRA is undertaking to ensure fair treatment of customers remain a top priority with insurers.
Supervisory Framework
The TAC Members were presented a high-level overview of the P&C Insurance Supervisory Framework in development.
MGA Review
Key Observations from the P&C Insurer-MGA Review were presented to the TAC.
