Insurer natural catastrophes experience
TAC Members and FSRA engaged in discussion exploring latest experiences and insights from industry on natural catastrophes to improve understanding on industry preparedness and response.
Protecting consumers from unlicensed agent activity
TAC Members were informed about a concerning trend where FSRA observed insurance agents completing transactions without an active license and urged insurers to regularly monitor their controls.
P&C Insurer-MGA outsourcing relationship
TAC members were briefed on FSRA’s targeted reviews of Insurer-MGA outsourcing relationships and offered their advice and insights to advance FSRA’s initiatives.
