• 2023-2025 Auto Insurance Supervision Plan
  To help ensure those who own and lease vehicles in Ontario are treated fairly, to promote public trust, and to maintain a robust auto insurance sector, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is releasing its first Auto Insurance Supervision Plan. 
• Take-All-Comers Thematic Review Report
  To ensure consumers get fair access to auto insurance, FSRA undertook a review of Take-All-Comers. This report outlines the findings from FSRA’s review and the actions FSRA took to address Take-All-Comers non-compliance in the market.

• Residents' Reference Panel on Automotive Insurance in Ontario
  As part of its ongoing commitment to include consumers in the policymaking process, FSRA has launched its second Resident Reference Panel on Automotive Insurance.
   
• Auto Insurance Data and Analytics Strategy Technical Advisory Committee Report: Fair Treatment of Consumers in Uses of Big Data Analytics in Auto Insurance
  The report contains the views and recommendations of the Committee concerning model fairness, consumer transparency and supporting vulnerable consumers in the application of big data analytics in auto insurance rating, underwriting and claims. It offers an opportunity to build trust and mutual understanding between consumers and the industry, particularly in areas of high complexity such as big data analytics.

• Final Report of the Residents' Reference Panel on Automotive Insurance in Ontario
  As part of its ongoing commitment to include consumers in the policymaking process, FSRA convened its first Residents’ Reference Panel on Automotive Insurance in Ontario. The panel’s mandate was to provide an everyday citizen’s perspective on how to make the Ontario auto insurance system clearer, easier to understand and more transparent.
