Your 2024 FSRA Auto Attestation is here
Ontario’s Financial Services Regulator (FSRA) requires all licensed insurance companies in Ontario writing auto insurance to complete the Annual Auto Insurance Attestation. FSRA makes this requirement under the authority of section 442.3 of the Insurance Act to promote high standards of business conduct.
The insurance company’s CEO or most senior officer responsible for operations in Ontario must attest that the company adheres to Ontario laws.
This year’s attestation also includes reporting all Minor Rating and Underwriting Rule Errors for the period January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, to FSRA by February 17, 2025.
The signed form must be submitted by email to [email protected] by October 31, 2024.
