Complete your Annual Auto Insurance Attestation
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) requires all licensed insurers in Ontario to file the Annual Auto Insurance Attestation.
The CEO or most senior officer responsible for operations in Ontario must attest that the insurer complies with provincial laws and regulatory requirements.

The attestation can now be completed through FSRA’s Online Services Portal. The form for 2026 must be submitted by October 30, 2026.
Insurers must also report all Minor Rating and Underwriting Rule Errors for the period January 1 to December 31, 2026, through the portal by February 16, 2027.
