Attention mortgage professionals: Humber Polytechnic is now accredited to provide the Mortgage Level 2 course/Private Mortgages Course (PMC) in Ontario
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has accredited Humber Polytechnic (formerly Humber College) to provide the Mortgage Agent Level 2 Private Mortgages course (PMC) in Ontario. FSRA continues to help mortgage professionals acquire the skills and knowledge needed to protect consumers and investors.
FSRA-accredited course providers are responsible for developing and administering curriculum for individuals who wish to become licensed mortgage professionals in Ontario.
All organizations looking to provide such education must go through FSRA’s review and accreditation process.
Humber’s PMC program has met FSRA’s requirements and there are now four accredited course providers offering the mortgage agent level 2 course in Ontario:
In order to be a mortgage agent level 2, you must have been already licensed as a mortgage agent level 1 for at least 12 months over the last 24 months.
