Rhonda Mauricette Pollard
Rhonda Mauricette Pollard (she/her) is a seasoned leader in organizational effectiveness with extensive experience in driving change and transformation. Rhonda leads initiatives that enhance human capital and sustain high employee engagement. She spearheaded FSRA’s first core and leadership competency framework and built FSRA's change leadership capacity.
Previously, Rhonda was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at the Ontario Telemedicine Network Division of Ontario Health, where she led efforts to refresh corporate values, improve employee engagement, and integrate effective change management practices. Her leadership was pivotal in co-leading the corporate transformation strategy and developing a new strategy for delivering virtual care training.
At Public Health Ontario, Rhonda served as Senior Advisor for Leadership Development and Organizational Improvement. She built the organization’s leadership capacity through the development of a comprehensive leadership framework, succession planning, and performance management processes. These initiatives significantly increased management engagement and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.
Rhonda holds a Master of Arts in Health Education from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from McGill University.
