The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on Insurer Oversight of Managing General Agencies (MGAs) will provide FSRA with expert advice on trends and issues related to MGAs. The TAC will also provide advice on emerging topics in life and health insurance distribution that could impact consumer protection/confidence.

These Terms of Reference are intended to provide guidance for the Technical Advisory Committee in the execution of their duties.

Committee membership

Members of the Technical Advisory Committee were selected based on their professional experience in the life and health insurance sector. FSRA also selected members based on their knowledge and understanding of relevant issues.
