Reasonable grounds to believe threshold

FSRA and TAC members discussed the Reasonable Grounds to Believe (RGB) threshold and identified examples of scenarios where the RGB threshold would be met.

Fraud and abuse strategy – Discussion

FSRA invited preliminary feedback on high impact areas for a future fraud and abuse strategy, including feedback on issues that the insurance sector is currently facing. TAC members suggested three areas to consider for a future strategy: delisting service providers, declining for fraud, and FSRA having stronger enforcement powers.

The next TAC meeting is scheduled for June 29, 2026.
