FSRA takes enforcement action against Mckasey Samuel Cadore

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has refused to renew the life insurance and accident and sickness licence of Mckasey Samuel Cadore (Cadore).

Cadore is not suitable to hold a licence because he has contravened Ontario Regulation 347/04 by providing a material misstatement or omission in his application for an insurance agent licence and because he has demonstrated incompetence or untrustworthiness to transact insurance agency business and is otherwise not suitable to receive a licence.

FSRA issued this order as Cadore withdrew his Request for Hearing before the Financial Services Tribunal.
