FSRA appoints Wing-Yee Wong as Chief Financial Officer

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Wing-Yee Wong as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 2, 2026.

Ms. Wong brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in complex public sector environments. Most recently, she served as Finance, Procurement and Logistics Director at Elections Ontario, where she led financial planning and analysis, procurement, controllership, payroll, and facilities operations. She played a key role in implementing new finance and payroll systems and successfully supported the 2025 provincial election.

Prior to Elections Ontario, Ms. Wong held leadership roles at Supply Ontario and various provincial ministries, where she oversaw multi-billion-dollar budgets, executed major reorganizations, and drove transformative initiatives. She has extensive experience managing unionized teams and leading change management efforts across finance functions.
