FSRA appoints Tracey Chinman as Executive Vice President, Corporate Services

Seasoned risk and audit leader to advance operational excellence and enable FSRA’s strategy

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) today announced the appointment of Tracey Chinman, CPA, ICD.D as Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, effective September 17.

In this role, Ms. Chinman will lead FSRA’s Corporate Services portfolio, including finance, risk, audit and information technology. Her mandate is to strengthen internal capabilities, modernize corporate systems and support the delivery of FSRA’s regulatory priorities.

Ms. Chinman is an experienced executive whose background spans risk management, audit, governance and large-scale transformation in financial services. At Home Trust Company, she served as Vice President, Operational & Non-Financial Risk, "where she embedded new enterprise risk frameworks, enhanced board reporting and provided the risk oversight of a multi-year IT modernization program. Her approach emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory alignment and a strong, people-centred culture.
