Filing of Annual Information Return for Health Service Providers now open
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is launching the 2021 Annual Information Return (AIR) for health service providers (HSPs). This information will be used to help identify trends and potential risks in the sector and better protect consumers.
All HSPs licensed with FSRA as of December 31, 2021 are required by law to file the AIR and pay the regulatory fee by March 31, 2022, even if they did not do business the previous year.
FSRA takes annual filing requirements seriously. If you do not file and pay the regulatory fee by the deadline, FSRA may take regulatory enforcement action.
