Chief Human Resources Officer

Kelly Kimens is a strategic HR executive with a passion for creating dynamic, high performing work environments that engage and inspire leaders and employees. She is responsible for planning, developing and managing FSRA’s human resources (HR) frameworks, programs, policies and services, and for nurturing a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that focuses on employee engagement and individual, team and leadership development.

Joining us from her most recent position as Chief Human Resources Officer with Public Health Ontario, Kelly has extensive expertise and experience in both the public and non-profit sectors in employee and labour relations, learning and organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and health, safety and wellness.

Kelly holds a Certified Human Resource Professional designation.
